This custom deck project in Camillus, NY created a spacious, multi-level outdoor living area for Ann McIntyre. The project included a 16-by-16-foot elevated deck, a 6-by-20-foot lower deck, 48-inch-deep concrete footings, two opposing staircases with concrete landings, and a Durables Kirklees gate. Trex Transcend Tiki Torch decking, picture-framed edges and steps, and white Trex Select railing with black aluminum balusters provided a durable, polished finish. The design solved the challenge of creating a safe and comfortable transition from the sliding door to the backyard. The estimated investment for this project was approximately $26,000.
