Baldwinsville, New York Composite Deck Renovation

Craig's Triple Deck Renovation in Baldwinsville, New York.

This Baldwinsville, NY project included the demolition and reconstruction of three separate decks using Pylex helical piles, TimberTech Reserve Collection decking in Driftwood, AZEK PVC trim, and Trex fascia. Each deck was built as a floating structure without attaching to the house. The project also featured picture-frame decking, wraparound steps, a reinforced concrete landing, a handrail, and a new elongated window well with a sloped cover. The renovation created durable, low-maintenance outdoor spaces while providing secure foundations and safer backyard access. The estimated investment for this project was approximately $45,000.
