This deck renovation in Minetto, NY transformed Garry’s aging outdoor space into a safer, more attractive, and low-maintenance area. The project included demolition of the old decking, new 48-inch-deep concrete footings, updated framing, Trex Select decking, white Trex fascia, AZEK PVC trim, and white Trex Select railing with black aluminum balusters. The deck was extended to 12 feet near the bedroom, with decking used as skirting around the perimeter for a clean, finished appearance.
