Joe's Deck & Spiral Staircase

This project used pressure-treated framing, Trex Composite Enhance Naturals decking boards, Trex Enhance fascia, Trex Transcend railing, Trex RainEscape, and a Trex spiral staircase to expand the existing elevated deck into a larger, more functional outdoor living space. The renovation solved the challenge of maximizing usable space while providing safe, convenient backyard access with a space-saving spiral staircase. The estimated investment for this project was approximately $16,000.
